Tammy Beaudry, a Killam resident, became the manager of S & M Fitness just a month after starting as a child care attendant in 2016. By mid-August 2017, she and her husband Eric purchased the gym. Tammy now leads boot camp classes and is encouraging new memberships by waiving initiation fees and hosting a body challenge.

Owner Ernie Ziegler, who celebrates 10 years in business, prides himself on unique inventory, including rare whiskies. The store is popular among local businesses and hosts a Wine of the Month Club.
