On Oct. 21, 2025, Wainwright RCMP, Provost RCMP, EMS and Edgerton Fire Rescue responded to the sudden death of a pedestrian who was struck by a train near Edgerton.
The death is considered to be non-criminal.
The Alberta RCMP sends their condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
