The Leaf, a beloved social hub in Hardisty, Alberta, was founded by Clayton Hinkey in 2012. Initially opening without prior hospitality experience, Hinkey transformed a historic train station into a welcoming restaurant, becoming a community landmark for gatherings and celebrations.
