Local Real Estate Agent Karen Cannady, who works with OnTrack Realty, a Coldwell Banker broker, recently earned a prestigious award through Coldwell Banker’s national broker system, by earning the number two spot in Western Canada for units sold in the first quarter of 2026.
Cannady said of the award, “This recognition means so much to me because it reflects the trust of the people in our community who continue to choose me during some of life’s biggest transitions.
