The Town of Sedgewick has been asked to amend the land use bylaw to reclassify (rezone) Plan 3825P, Block 07, Lots 5P-9, municipally known as 4910 – 48 Street, from R1 Residential to DC Direct Control, to permit unique, innovative development.

The Town of Sedgewick has been asked to amend the land use bylaw to permit the use of an “Accessory Building” as a discretionary primary structure in the Residential District (R1) located on Plan 3825P; Block C, municipally known as 4902 – 46 Street. Before making the proposed changes, Council will hold two separate public hearings at which point any person who is affected may submit their concerns orally or in written form.
