Bill Webb has been a full-time painter and artist for 26 years, but he’s been working on another project for much longer. One of his most favourite projects is soon to come into the public’s view, and he’s looking forward to sharing it with visitors to Forestburg.
Railway fundraising gala exceeds expectations
The Friends of the Battle River Railway were very pleased to welcome 180 people to the Galahad Agriplex on Saturday, April 9 for an excellent evening.

ACT hopes to keep coal in Forestburg area
Alberta’s Community Transition (ACT) made a presentation at the Forestburg Arena on Wednesday, March 2.
ACT is an informational effort put forward by the Coal Association of Canada (CAC) in order to explain what is happening with the provincial Climate Leadership Plan, as well as what can be done to protect municipalities that depend on coal, such as Forestburg.
