Meet the Federal Candidates: Kevin Sorenson, Conservative MP
Conservative Party of Canada candidate, and incumbent of the old Crowfoot electoral district, Kevin Sorenson is a businessman and farmer from Killam.
Constituency boundaries have changed since he was first elected in Crowfoot in 2000, more than once.
Sorenson was elected in 2000 as the Canadian Alliance Candidate, then in 2004, 2006, 2008, and 2011, has been the Conservative MP for Crowfoot for nearly 15 years.
In 2004 and 2006, Sorenson had the largest margin of victory in any federal riding, at 80.2 per cent and 82.5 per cent respectively.
