At the start of their biology class, three Daysland students, Bria Kroetch, Alarie Guhle, and Brooke Hochhausen accepted a challenge from their teacher, Mrs. Davidson, to come up with a presentation for the Battle River Watershed Alliance’s (BRWA) Caring for our Watershed contest.

   The Battle River Watershed Alliance (BRWA) held a meeting at the Forestburg Community Hall on Wednesday, Feb. 29.

    This was a workshop designed to hear back on what Flagstaff residents told the committee about the land and water during BRWA’s November 2011 community workshops, plus a chance to tell the committee what the most pressing issues in your region are.
