Flagstaff County announces Facebook Photo Contest winner
Flagstaff County Economic Development Coordinator Jennifer Fossen announced the winner of the second annual Flagstaff Face-book Photo Contest to be Joanne McMahon.
Joanne had more than double the votes than the second place entry for her entry.
McMahon says, “We were geo-caching south of Galahad on New Year’s Eve when I snapped this. This picture just makes me happy.”
Apparently it made a lot of others feel the same way, Joanne!
