32nd annual S.G. Walker 4-H Scholarship Night rewards three local students

The Iron Creek 4-H Beef Club hosted the 32nd annual S.G. Walker Scholarship Night at the Killam Legion Hall on May 22. This annual event is for the whole Flagstaff 4-H District.

The night began with emcees, Bailey Antos and Carter Ortman, saying the 4-H pledge.
Then they introduced the special guests for the evening, they were: Steve MacEachern, Morley Handford, Phyliss Lawson, and Bruce Barnes of the 4-H Alberta.
A dance presentation by Hailey Ortman and Taylor Hogg started the evening, followed by a speech entitled “Community Service is an Important part of the 4-H Program” by Rylee Lang.
