Forestburg kicks off Christmas season with Moonlight Madness

The Village of Forestburg opened its Moonlight Madness with an amazing spectacular fireworks display at the soccer fields just south of the village.

Halkirk’s Ross Elsasser, a pyrotechnician, really got the ball rolling with a beautiful light display.

At 7 p.m. sharp, the stores opened with large crowds of folks looking for their Christmas shopping to get off the ground.

Barb Forster’s Citizen-ship Group sold homemade cookies and the firepot was loaded with wood and ready to keep a group of people toasty and warm.
