Fred Penner singalong at Killam Public School

Fred Penner, beloved Canadian children’s entertainer, performed at Killam Public School on Thursday, May 10 in front of a very lucky packed audience full of students, parents, and young children.

Joined by long-time friend and back up guitarist Paul O’neill, Penner sang familiar songs like The Sandwich Song, and The Cat Came Back, inviting the audience to sing along when they knew the words, and teaching them the lyrics when they didn’t.

“Some people just get kids,” said one mom who brought her little girl in to see Penner’s performance.
