Unattended firepit in Strome gets out of control – Burn ban back in Flagstaff County

Strome residents out for a walk on May 7 noticed a backyard fire burning a little too vigorously and called the Strome Fire Department.

Fire Department members quickly put the fire out without incident.

[*UPDATED*]The Flagstaff County fire ban had been lifted when this fire occurred, but has since put a burn ban in place.
