B-Tech Diesel has been serving Hardisty since 2018, but owner Braden Bitzer has been serving clients since leaving school. “I’ve been in this industry working with different mechanics since I was 14.”
Now a journeyman heavy equipment tech, Bitzer started B-Tech out of his garage as a side gig as his love for repair and performance grew.
“As our family grows, so does B-Tech Diesel. We are now running business out of our new shop to better accommodate our customers.”
Bitzer says B-Tech is a one-stop diesel shop. “I take pride in my work and knowing my customers trust my opinion and the products I use.”
B-Tech offers everything from oil changes to engine swaps; diesel deletes; lift kits, and all kinds of accessories. “Basically anything our customers ask for, we try to provide.”
B-Tech offers a wide range of services including custom tuning, diesel emission fixes, exhaust systems, positive air shut offs and more.
“We strive to give you the best quality service and top notch parts.
“We’ve invested a lot in our tools to be able to grow, to be where we are now, to do our job safely and effectively, to be able to expand the different services that we offer here.
“Also, stop in and check out our parts selection. We value selling the best quality parts in our off time.”
Bitzer says he chose Hardisty as his location because that’s where he grew up.
“My family raised us here. They’re still here, and it’s a great community to live in.
“Our customers come from all over, but it is nice to get personal with all of our customers, especially knowing that they’re located around the same area as us.”
He says much of his work comes from word of mouth, and because he knows so many people in the area. “It’s grown to what we have now become.”
Bitzer says B-Tech tries to offer the same services any large facility in the city could offer – “Right in our small town.
“We like to make it convenient for people from all over the area to come our way, knowing that they can trust our work and that we get the job done right – the first time.”
Bitzer says you can find B-Tech on Instagram and Facebook, and also their website: btechdiesel.com.
“You can find everything that we do there, with lots of pictures. Please follow us.”
He says his goal is to become one of the best-known businesses in the Flagstaff region.
“We want to be known for our quality work.”
Bitzer says he’s spending a lot of his spare time on a project truck.
“We’re building a truck from the frame up, it’s a custom build. It’s a 2015 Duramax that’s going to have a lot of power; it’ll turn a lot of heads!”
B-Tech gets a lot of support from Hardisty and all of its customers. “We get a lot of repeat customers for different kinds of work all the time.
“We’re really thankful for all the customers, especially in the area of Flagstaff, for coming back to us whenever they need some work done, as well as for all the support they’ve given us to make this dream come true; to make all of our customers happy.
“We’re very thankful that Flagstaff County has been a part of our journey with all the support they’ve given us.
“Between Small Business Week and Business Month, as well as also servicing the fire and rescue services around the county, who typically come back to us time and time again.”
