The most recent performance in the Daysland Concert Series featured Dave Gunning and JP Cormier, who brought sweet guitar blends, funny and entertaining stories, and rock solid songs to the Palace Theatre stage.
The two veteran performers talked about what a treat it was for them to travel and play together, and played some tunes from the album they made together, called Two.
Gunning talked about how they hand picked both the songs, and the sound for the album, just two voices, and two guitars.
The show started with a song from the album, “Never picked Cotton,” and included more from their duo album, along with some of each’s originals.
