Cyndi Matthews from the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation dropped into the Flagstaff County Administration Building on Thursday, Sept. 22 to present Reeve Gerald Kuefler with a gift on behalf of the Foundation to acknowledge the county’s generous donation to the new operating theatre.
