BRSD Trustee Jim Andre’s resignation letter

Due to recent circumstances, I have resigned from my position as Trustee for Flagstaff County West effective immediately.

I wish to apologize to all the people who voted for me as well as the communities I represented.

I did not mean for this to happen, and if I offended anyone, I am truly sorry.

The reason I am stepping down is that I do not want to tarnish the reputation of the board any further.

These circumstances would have remained over the head of the board, and I do not want to stand in their way as they deal with the business of providing for your children and grandchildren’s education.

They have a lot of work ahead of them, and they need to move forward.

I hope that whoever represents the voters from our county will do you proud.
Again, I am truly sorry.
