Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Section 311 of the Municipal Government Act, Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26. The Town of Killam has mailed combined Assessment and Taxation Notices to all persons appearing on the Assessment Roll as of May 31/13. Any person who desires to object to the entry of his/her name or that of any other person upon the said roll or to the assessed value placed upon any property must, lodge his/her complaint(s) in writing on a form available online or at the Town Office and submit to the Clerk of the Inter-municipal Assessment Review Board on or before Jul. 30/13.
