Killam Tennis Club
It is with regret that I would like to inform the members of the Killam Tennis Club that our organization will be forced to discontinue its operations and will no longer be providing tennis as a recreational sport in the Town of Killam. Due to the fact that our facility is not recognized as a regional facility within our County it is no longer feasible to pursue the necessary reconstruction of our tennis courts. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our members for building such a successful league over the recent years. We would also like to thank everyone who volunteered their time to keep the courts maintained as well as those who attended the casino fundraiser. Please note that we will be holding a meeting on Sun., May 26 at 7 p.m. at the Killam Heritage Park, near the Amphithe-atre. We will be discussing the disbursement of our general and casino funds prior to dissolution of our organization. We encourage all members to attend this meeting.
