Battle River Art Club Show and Sale always has eye-catching displays

The annual Battle River Art Club Show and Sale, held Saturday, Apr. 27 at the Sedgewick Legion, rewarded visitors with an impressive display of art from local artists.

Displays featured a number of different artistic medium, from pencil to wax-resist, along with a great variety of unique and appealing subject matter, from landscapes to abstracts.

The club has welcomed many new members over the past few years, and meets every Monday evening throughout the fall, winter, and early spring, providing a welcoming atmosphere to members of all ages.

Members of the club offer constructive critiques when asked to, and unlimited support of each individual’s work.
