Sabres and Northstars meet in BRHL home opener
The Daysland North-stars hosted the Sedgewick Sabres on Saturday, Nov. 3 in their home opener in the Battle River Hockey League 2012-13 season.
Bull Riding School in Forestburg
Gary Leffew from Santa Maria, California came to the Flagstaff Riding Arena in Forestburg to host a bull riding school for the weekend of Nov. 2 – 4.
Great year at the track for Curtis Hogg
Sedgewick’s Curtis Hogg won the High Point trophy for the All Pro Canadian Chuck-wagon and Chariot Association.
“I had a great year at the track,” said Hogg. “I finished first in Grande Prairie, Hand Hills, Saddle Lake, the Ponoka Stampede, Horse-man’s Association at Saddle Lake, and at Kehewin.
