Railway construction planned will require detours into Sedgewick Wednesday *Web Exclusive*

On Wednesday, Sept. 5, construction is planned on the rail crossing at the main road into Sedgewick, requiring the road to be closed while work is done, on Secondary Highway 869, or Range Road 124 at the main entrance to the town.

Note that travellers to Sedgewick that day will have to detour, from the west, using Range Road 130, to Township Road 442, entering the town from the north side or from the east, using Range Road 122, to Township Road 442.

Construction is expected to keep the road closed for most of the day, according to Carillion.
