The Alliance Museum officially opened their new doll museum on Saturday, May 12. The new museum is located directly behind the old museum building. The grand opening had all board members dressed in period dress especially for the occasion.

Sgt. Greg Gerbrandt, NCO of the Killam/ Forestburg RCMP detachment made an announcement earlier this week that the detachment will be welcoming two new members over the next few months. Constables Andrew Gillan and Richard Holdenried will be moving from B.C. to work at the Killam detachment.
