Millions of barrels flow through Hardisty Complex

During a recent Hardisty Complex Open House, held Tuesday, Apr. 24, representatives from Enbridge, Kinder Morgan, TransCanada Pipeline, Gibson’s, Husky, Flint Hills, and Inter Pipeline were on hand to answer questions about their operations near Hardisty.

With company representatives on hand to provide information about exactly what it is they do, a clearer picture emerges of the scale of the Hardisty Terminal operations.

Taking figures from a few years ago, which are probably no where near the current operations, which have increased significantly for most all the complex partners, especially in terms of the number of storage tanks, and recent additions of rail terminals from Gibsons and Husky, the scale of the Hardisty hub is hard to comprehend.
