Last Supper reinactment a 13 year tradition

Bethel United Church in Forestburg holds a reenactment of the last supper every year.

Approximately 25 people have their hands washed by Reverend Jope then sit down to a wonderful meal of roast leg of lamb, Moroccan Chicken, Couscous, Hummus, Tabbouleh, bread, and pita sticks dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

The company is thoroughly enjoyed and the hands-on meal is something else.

Reverend Langejans, along with his wife Karen, have been hosting this meal for the last 13 years and it is thoroughly enjoyed by all.
