Alliance Women's Institute hosts Seniors advocate

The Alliance Argyle W.I. hosted Donna Coombs to speak on behalf of the SOS (Service Options for Seniors) on Thursday, Mar. 8 at the Alliance Community Hall.

Several seniors were in attendance to listen to Coombs speak on behalf of this non-profit society.

Diane Dammann, on behalf of the Alliance Argyle W.I., welcomed everyone and introduced Donna Coombs.

“We can provide assistance for all government programs,” opened Coo-mbs. “We can help out with Old Age Security, CPP and Guaranteed Income Programs but their are special needs assistance for seniors that you probably are not aware of.
