12-year-old Czar girl will dance Nutcracker with Alberta Ballet
M2 Dance Company along with the village of Czar are bursting with pride these days, and Justina Boorse is the reason!
The 12-year-old who has been dancing under the tutelage of Megan and Melissa Horn for the past seven years, will light up the Christmas season in Alberta Ballet’s Nutcracker.
She will be dancing Dec 7 – 11 at the Northern Alberta Jubilee in Edmonton with the professional company.
She successfully auditioned in October against 416 dancers from across Alberta.
As only 48 dancers were chosen the competition was extremely intense.
