CHSPS shop class builds structures for great causes

Above: The Central High Sedgewick Public School Shop Class built the shelter pictured, and the structure will be donated and placed at Sedgewick Lake for public use.

The classes have been busy lately building multiple projects to donate to local causes.

Below: The CHSPS Grade 10 Shop Class built a playhouse with materials generously donated by several local sponsors.

The playhouse is being raffled off in order to raise money for the Sedgewick Lake Spray Park, which is expected to be completed next summer.

Tickets for the playhouse are available at Bumper to Bumper and the Sedgewick Golf Course office, and cost only $10 each.

Students spent plenty of long hours working on the projects, and both are being used for very worthwhile projects and causes around their community.
