Killam RCMP investigate pointing of firearm after break and enter

Killam, Alberta – On Feb. 15, 2017 at approximately 1:30 p.m., Killam RCMP responded to a firearms call at a residence near Alliance, Alberta.




A resident pulled into their home and found a white SUV occupied by a man and a woman parked in the driveway.

The victim attempted to block the driveway with their vehicle when the man jumped out of the SUV and pointed what was believed to be a shotgun at the victim.

The suspects then fled in the SUV. No one was injured.

Further investigation revealed the home was broken into but nothing was taken.

Killam RCMP along with Viking, Provost and Coronation RCMP Detachments made extensive patrols in the area but the suspects and vehicle were not located.

The male suspect is described as:
· Approximately 30-35 years old
· Light brown hair
· Heavy set
· Wearing jeans and dark sweater

The female suspect is describe as:
· Approximately 20-25 years old
· Blonde hair
· Grey sweater
