RCMP: Reports of break-ins and theft remain steady throughout Flagstaff

Killam RCMP were called to a possible domestic dispute near Daysland on Feb. 20.

A male living in the residence was arrested for assault and for unauthorized possession of firearms.

The complainant later recanted and did not want to press charges for the assault and would not testify in court.

The male was released the next day and charged with unauthorized possession of firearms.

On Feb. 21, just after 7 a.m., RCMP were called to a Break and Enter into the Sedgewick Iron Creek Vet hospital.

The side window was broken, however the suspect(s) did not gain entry into the clinic.

On Feb. 23, at approximately 3 a.m., Killam RCMP were again called to a Break and Enter into the Sedgewick Vet hospital. This time entry was gained and items were stolen. RCMP are still investigating this matter.

On Feb. 22, Killam RCMP were advised of a theft of a truck in Daysland.

On Feb. 25, Killam RCMP were advised of a Break and Enter overnight at the Post Office in Galahad.

On Feb. 29 Killam RCMP were notified of a theft from a car wash in Hardisty.
