Hardisty to hold Nomination Day after Councillor resigns

Hardisty CAO Sandy Otto announced on Friday, Oct. 16, that the town will be holding a Nomination Day for a council position on Tuesday, Nov. 3 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Hardisty Council has an opening due to the resignation of Shawn Gaetzman, who, Otto, says, is moving away.

Otto says nomination papers can be picked up at the town office, or can be downloaded from the town’s website.
