“That was huge,” says coach Lefsrud. “I didn’t look up until the second quarter; I couldn’t believe how big the crowd was.”

The Rams took an early lead and didn’t give up much in the way of points or yardage.
The defense played an excellent running game on Friday, capitalizing on a few short kickoffs to recover the ball, as well as a number of turnovers.

Lefsrud says, “The defence played exceptionally well. Our offence ran two or three different plays, and Provost’s defence didn’t adjust to what we were doing.”
