CORONATION 4-H show held in Alliance’s new arena

Coronation 4-H hosted their district female show and their steer show at the Alliance Arena on June 5 – 6.

Coronation’s rink collapsed last January and they had to scramble for a place to show their cattle because it was their turn to host the show.

Altario, Brownfield, Castor, Consort, and Coronation showed females and steers.
There were 21 juniors, 48 intermediates, and 27 seniors. There was a yearling heifer class, a two-year cow/calf, a three-year cow/calf class, a herd class, and then the overall breeding female class on June 5.

Breakfast was compliments of Bill’s Farm Supply and an early banquet was sponsored by Future Ag Inc. and Agro Coronation.

Judging the females was Dave Viske with ringman Shawn Frei-mark.

Winning the Champ-ion yearling heifer class was Aleah Noble from Altario and Reserve went to Oliver Edwards, also from Altario.
